In-home New Orleans Family Lifestyle Photo Session • 08.27.22

Leslie and I met in college and became fast friends. Since she moved to New Orleans, we hadn’t seen much of each other, so it was a lovely treat to get to see her again but this time accompanied by her son!

Leslie booked this family photo session to commemorate her son’s 6 month milestone. He had recently begun sitting up on his own and really settling into his personality, so it was the perfect time for a photoshoot. We met at Leslie’s brother-in-law’s new house in New Orleans. With lots of natural window light, and lovely white walls to bounce and reflect the light, the house was perfect.

An in-home lifestyle session was just what we needed in order to beat the humid Louisiana summer heat. Avoiding that unwanted sweat and frizzy hair, was the cherry on top of a wonderful family portrait session.
